[flashboot] Booting time for the soekris net4501

Of course it's not. Take a look for tunning: soekris bios param., OpenBSD kernel, etc.

It takes me 40 seconds for booting - 

# uname -ap
OpenBSD bb.atmnis.test 4.1 GENERIC#255 i386 AMD Am486DX4 W/B or Am5x86 W/B 150 ("AuthenticAMD" 486-class)
