[netflow-tools] softflowd NetFlow v.9 flow times bug

Hi,

I just discovered a dumb bug in softflowd's NetFlow v.9 flow times: the
first_switched and the last_switched times are reversed.

Those of you using softflowd's NetFlow v.9 export may want to apply
the attached patch until the next version is released.
