Slackware (happens on both 8.1 and 9.1); linux kernel is 2.4.26; glibc is 2.2.5 
on the slackware-8.1 systems and 2.3.2 on the slackware 9.1 systems.

HAVE_SETPROCTITLE is not defined on either distribution.
