When trying to install ssh, I get the following error even after installing the 
C-compiler libc AIX filesets:

[root at training /tmp/openssh-4.2p1] ./configure
checking for gcc... no
checking for cc... no
checking for cc... no
checking for cl... no
configure: error: no acceptable C compiler found in $PATH
See `config.log' for more details.

There is nothing in the config.log that shows any additional information.  This 
is being installed on AIX version 5200-03.
