Updated Patch for 4.5p1 from Darren Tucker (corrected minor typo)

I've applied the mentioned patch for openssh 4.5p1

the patch itself contains a minor typo (closing bracket) for line 1455
which is corrected in this version of the patch.

The patch fixes the issue with "ssh -f ..." on AIX (tested&verified on
AIX 5.3 ML 4)
