[Bug 1444] New: "failed to get remote version"

When I boot my Windows XP machine and I try to ssh to it (with the
correct username), I get "exited: Failed to get remote version". I look
in the list op services and OpenSSH Server seems to be STARTED.

However, when I restart the service and try making an ssh connection to
the machine again, everything works fine.
