document that HashKnownHosts may break tab-completion

Some people use fancy shell completion scripts that use
~/.ssh/known_hosts to complete host names.  HashKnownHosts, of course,
breaks this.  Personally I think this is an acceptable price to pay,
but it would be helpful to document that this is a possibility so that
people aren't caught out by it.
