Update the .spec files and init script to use ssh-agent -A for hostkey
generation. For RHEL, use Requires and BuildRequires instead of PreReq
and BuildPreReq to avoid complaints about deprecated keywords on RHEL
6.  Also avoid -s syntax for %fillup_and_inssrv on SLES, which has been
deprecated since SL8 and is now obsolete.
