Change "521" to "512" bits

Just noticed when looking up how to make an ECDSA key that you
apparently can do 521 bit keys, rather than 512.

First source I found to link:
http://www.openbsd.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb/src/usr.bin/ssh/ssh-keygen.1
("openssh-6.3 for release" in version.h at that repository as of
writing)

I can only assume this is incorrect and that the documentation should
state 512 bits instead.

I have no idea whether the patch is in a proper format for you to
receive. But then again, it's tiny.
