Regress test

Here is a regress test for the canonicalisation changes. It depends on
the config dump support added in the last patch. Unfortunately it
requires DNS or a modified /etc/hosts to work, so I don't want to
commit it in its current state.

To use it, copy it to the regression tests directory and run:

make SKIP_UNIT=1 LTESTS=clientmatch
