Make ssh_config IgnoreUnknown silence oUnsupported options too

We could mark the option as oUnsupported, but AFAIK that would cause
stderr spam every time you ran ssh. I guess we could make IgnoreUnknown
apply to unsupported options too?

Here's a patch that attempts this.
