The hash is now prefixed by the algorithm, so there shouldn't be much
need to pass it separately.

E.g. with AuthorizedKeysCommand="/usr/bin/true %f"

debug3: subprocess: AuthorizedKeysCommand command "/usr/bin/true
SHA256:mjix8AbOTsneAJJ4r5C0IPieXl9c2qoiYIWs4J65/+g" running as djm
