Hm.
I am not sure if the bug #52 still relevant to the modern Linuxes where
systemd puts all children of sshd forming one session into a single
cgroup. I am not able to reproduce the bug #52 with the patched
openssh. Even if it is still reproducible, using cgroups would be the
less hacky way to fix it than aborting the session on seeing EAGAIN.
