I'm with Damien on this one.  Your "fix" can't possibly be correct. 
For one, EAGAIN == EWOULDBLOCK.  Yes, even on your "modern Linuxes"
with systemd, cgroups and other bloat.

Try as I might I can't reproduce this problem with 7.1p1.  I'd say more
research needed to determine if this is really a problem with openssh.
