That looks more fiddly than I have time for this week, so I've added a
minimal valid_rdomain() implemention that just tries to SO_BINDTOADDR
the supplied name. This will likely accept some non-VRF interface
names, but will do as a first approximation until someone writes the
rtnetlink glue to do it properly.
