Allow using default ccache or unique one as before

I attached a new patch adding an option KerberosUniqueTicket, allowing
to generate unique ccache names as before.

This new approach also utilizes the cc_new_unique() for credential
cache creation, avoids overwriting existing ccaches, sanitizes cleanup
procedure.
