[Bug 2990] cannot build openssh-portable against libressll 2.9.1

you were right: with ldns 1.7.0 compiled against latest libressl 2.9.1
these  -Iyes/include  & -Lyes/lib disappeared and even openssh compiled
fine, but sudo checkinstall failed:
