First of all, I also think that it has nothing to do with the server. I
think it should be that the sftp client code cannot filter the
character "[]" of the string in [ip], which prevents the correct IP
from being used to establish the connection.
  In addition, using the sftp client of openssh 7.6 in the same
environment is normal, so I suspect that the processing of the sftp
client is problematic.
