I'll add an additional note to my last comment: This really works only
when `GPG_TTY` is set as well to `$(tty)`. Perhaps this specific issue
can be resolved if ssh will set the environmental variable GPG_TTY by
itself? What do you guys think? BTW now that I'm thinking about it it's
possible that this was my problem in the first place.
