The file permission of /etc/pam.d/sshd was
-rw-r--r-- 

But after we apply the patch openssh-7.5p1-3.25.x86_64.rpm,
the file permission is 
-rwxrwxrwx 

I think there could be problem with allocating unnecessary file
permission.
