Sorry by my programing patching and compiling skills are quite limited.

Is this patch made against 8.8p1 version or same development git/svn
version?

Compiled ok. I think.

Seems to be working:
$ ./ssh -b :6969 ovirt
$ sudo lsof -i -P -n | grep ssh
...
sshd      2556482     root    4u  IPv4 5607043      0t0  TCP
...:22->...:6969 (ESTABLISHED)

Seems to be working.

Any idea how to test it more rigorous besides using it?
