ssh-key-dir <https://github.com/coreos/ssh-key-dir> was implemented as
a workaround for the missing ~/.ssh/authorized_keys.d support.  It runs
as an AuthorizedKeysCommand and has been shipping in Fedora CoreOS by
default for a couple years now.
