Thank you for the explanation. I used to install openSSH before via
brew (homebrew) - which did not work this time. Could not figure out
how to solve the "inreplace error" - so i used the github repo instead,
thinking it's the "official" or best way. Will use the signed tarball
from openssh.com in the future.
