I notice that some variant of Marco's patch seems to have been applied
in commit b9a6dd4d66ee14577494d550b396d0452bf05e1e, referencing this
bug.  Should this bug and the related PR
https://github.com/openssh/openssh-portable/pull/452 be closed, or is
there still more to do on either of them?
