This is now fixed in
https://github.com/openssh/openssh-portable/commit/4c414d99f3a8c2b3d24ee8448b8a388446531ebb.
 I've also cherry-picked it into the V_10_4 branch, so it'll be in the
next release whether that's a major release or portable only.  Thanks
