1) I don't know how to test it, but if the solution works for Turkish,
it should work for Crimean Tatar too.

2) I tried few Turkic locales and OpenSSH_10.2p1 also failed for this:
LC_ALL=az_AZ.UTF-8 ssh -G github.com
