Proposed patch to align ssh -Q and it's documentation

The output of ssh -Q help does not list help itself and the key-ca-sign
option.

In contrast, the documentation does not list compression as an option.

I have added a proposed patch to fix this. Feel free to give a more
descriptive explanation of the options.
