Patch

Discovered a case where the configure.ac doesn't detect `/proc/$$/fd`
in certain cases and causes `closefrom` to use the `closefrom_fallback`
which is not performant. I've made a patch which uses `close_range` in
the last `closefrom`, this restores the performance regression I
noticed.
