Windows NT (cygwin) port

I just noticed a patch against commercial SSH to allow it to compile
with the cygwin tools on Windows NT.
ftp://dome.its.uiowa.edu/pub/domestic/sos/ports/
It would be great if someone could adapt this patch to OpenSSH and
write a brief HOWTO on getting it going. It would probably never get
integrated into the standard tree, but it could be distributed in the
contrib/ directory.
Any takers?
