Patch/Request for remsh

Hi folks,

First of all, I wanted to thank you for your most excellent port of ssh!

I have a small request, however. Could you please incorporate the
belowmentioned patch so that OpenSSH recognises remsh as a valid argv[0]
again? There are certain third party products (netbackup being one of
them) that insist on using remsh as a transport mechanism, so we cheated
and created a link from remsh to ssh to improve security. This
unfortunately broke when we migrated to OpenSSH2 (as several argv[0]
instances were removed from the checklist). Thanks again!

Best Regards,
Roman
