Port forwarding with scp

usually you do this:
	% cat .ssh/config
	Host bla+fwd
		Hostname bla
		LocalForward ....
and
	% scp file bla:/tmp
works fine.

if you want to have forwards, explicitly say:
	% ssh bla+fwd
