SSH_BUG_SIGBLOB?

Here are the details of my connection attempt:

my computer:
[jgrady at blarg jgrady]$ ssh -V
SSH Version OpenSSH_2.3.0p1, protocol versions 1.5/2.0.
Compiled with SSL (0x0090581f).

university server:
bash$ ssh -V

Any help or comments is greatly appreciated.  Please let me know if there are
