Error in sshd's manpage

I just grabbed the source of the ssh package in debian (which is
openssh 2.2.0p1) and if I do this grep in the source-dir, I also find
these lines:

|sshd.8:.It Cm PrintLastLogin
|sshd.pam:session    optional     pam_lastlog.so # [1]
|sshd_config:#PrintLastLog no

So, has this option been removed in openssh now or has it been added by
some undocumented extra patch?
