[PATCH] AIX Password Ageing for OpenSSH-2.3.0p1

Please find attached a patch file to enable the following
under AIX:

       - forced reset of expired passwords
       - feedback for failed logins following
         successful authentication (e.g. locked account,
         login times, failed login count)
       - failed login count incremented once after each
         unsuccessful login attempt (rather than once for
         after AUTH_FAIL_MAX attempts. If I set AIX to lock
         out after 5 attempts, I mean 5 -- not 15!)
