it's not GPL at all and even if it was, it would never be included
in openssh. the source is too different and the clicese conflict.
if you need a sftp for unix, just try sftp from xbill.org (different
protocol, same name) or hack the ssh.com-sftp protocol into this client.
openssh's sftp-server is tartgetedintended for windows users.
unix users have more ways for transfering files.
