I want to add one more clarification. You must have an Irix 6.5.7f or
greater system to build ssh with job limits enabled. Once built, the
resultant ssh should work properly on any Irix 6.5.x m or f system. It
will use job limits on systems where it's installed and will silently
ignore the job limits stuff on systems where it is not installed.
