OpenSSHd barfs upon reauthentication: PAM, Solaris 8

Well, that was right yesterday. Today, it has decided to barf if I give it
a valid password up front, and not if I give it an invalid one followed by
a valid one.

To add insult to injury, the other sysadmin (who has looked at the problem
previously) said, basically, "I had the same problem some time ago. Came
to the conclusion I must be an idiot." Two idiots in one building, working
on the same problem. Hmm.

I give up. Time to start a new career, I think... mowing lawns sounds like
it could be fun...

Anybody want to buy a slightly used E10k? :P
