-c none option

You'd be surprised how foolish politicians can be. They want to have
secure networks, secure e-commerce, but no encryption. Ok, so the same
algorythms and code are needed for both, but if you don't give the
option to encrypt, just to have cryptographically-strong authentication,
hey, all must be ok, right? Wrong. But that is how some folk think and
that's all there's to it.

Well, drug paraphernalia is often legal in many States for the simple
reason that it much of it cna be used with legal products like tobacco.
