SSH-2 hostbased auth

Wow, I asked the same question of the openssh list just two days before!

The answer is no, openssh doesn't support version 2 hostbased
authentication.  Markus Friedl responded that he thought it likely that it
would be implemented in the release after next, however.

If you need it now, you might have to switch back to protocol 1 or use the
real SSH product.
