Bug? Why you call this ,,bug''. This is standard behaviour at least on Linux
and differences between Linux and *BSD are _only_ due to different interpretations
of RFC. Unfortunately there is no well defined standard behaviour (btw. BSD can be
configured to work in the same way as Linux and Linux with USAGI patch can work
it the same way as BSD currently ;-)
