This is incorrect. The -D flag works perfectly for what it was intended
to do -- make the parent sshd process run in the foreground so that it
can run cleanly under svscan and supervise from daemontools. Antonio is
saying that it doesn't make sshd log to stdout or run under tcpserver
(inetd mode), but that's a separate functionality request, not a bug.
