OpenSSH 2.5.1p1 on HP-UX: No CTRL+C possible!!!

Well, I'm not much of a C coder, so I cannot make heads or tails of the
code.  I don't know if this ever got all straightened out or not.  All I
know is that I have 2.3.0.p1 on my Solaris boxen and its "broken".

I haven't gotten around to trying 2.5.1p1 (or whatever the current is) to
see if the problem is fixed (on Solaris) or not, yet.
