ssh speed

4/132 = 3% difference... I can't guarantee that the machines are 100.00%
idle...

Average of 3 runs of each:
none2:   02:10 02:08 02:09	2:09
arcfour: 02:10 02:12 02:09	2:10.333

As I noted before, it appears that the bottleneck is with the cipher only
for slower ciphers. ssh and sshd both seem to spend a lot of time in
select() once the cipher is fast enough...
