sshd hanging after multiple successive logons

This is left at the default.  The connections are being successfully
authenticated and each one is terminated before the next one is made -- so
this _should_ have no effect.

The annoying part is that if sshd were to completely die, it would be
automatically restarted by the AIX system resource controller daemon.  But
because it is still a valid process...
