OpenSSH cipher problems between 2.9p1 and 2.9p2

I saw the same problem when I applied the 10.0.4 update from Apple,
which installed the "bad packet length" OpenSSH 2.9p1 over my previously
working OpenSSH 2.9p2.

The solution was to reinstall OpenSSH from the stepwise folks:
