Solaris 2.6 Use Login

Hello

We want to use UseLogin Function.
I have download the latest snapshot and try it on a Solaris 2.6 System.
We working whit special pam_modules, the modules can dienes services
whit controll files based on local tables and NIS.
We are Log the connects

Here a Log whitout UseLogin

permission denied

Do you see the different ?
ssh identyfied as telenet.
It is a big securty problem, we can not see is it a telnet or ssh
connect.
