Public Key for verification of tar balls

Dear all,

maybe I am blind but I could not find the official distribution public
key for OpenSSH 2.9p2

uccellina:~!233> gpgv openssh-2.9p2.tar.gz.sig 
gpgv: Signature made Sun Jun 17 06:20:30 2001 MEST using DSA key ID 86FF9C48

If someone can point me to the net of gpg where to find the key --
pardon my ignorance but I cannot find it.
