Adding Socks5 to OpenSSH

I added in socks5 by adding the socks.h to include.h and the socks5
library to the compilation of OpenSSH and thinks socks is linked in,
but I am having a problem using the added socks5 capability.  Do you
know if there is an environment parameter that I can use to set the
proxy to my socks5 server?
