ignoring SIGPIPE causing problems in pipes

Hi.  Did I post to the wrong list?  The openssh ssh client from
version 2.9p1 is ignoring the PIPE signal when it shouldn't be, namely
when it's piping output to a utility like restore.

Commenting out a line in clientloop.c fixes it.  

What is the status of this bug, and is there a better forum for
discussing it?
