buildpkg.sh scripts problem

Make a static prototype file.
Use relocatable paths. Those are paths which don't start with '/' --
they either start with $VARIABLE, or are plain relative paths. The
latter are implictly taken to start with $BASEDIR.
Then you can specify the value of BASEDIR and any other such variables
in the pkginfo file, and those can be overridden at pkg install time via
a response file.
